Cancellation Policy
NOTE: The 60-min free session will be run via Zoom. A link will be sent to your email account to join the session. You must have a good internet connection. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session start time, the session will be considered attended and you won’t have the opportunity to reschedule. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE TUTOR: Fluency Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session as necessary. In such cases, the student will be given the opportunity to reschedule.
