One-to-One Session

Cancellation Policy

## GENERAL BOOKING POLICY NOTE: All sessions will be run via Zoom. A link will be sent to your email account to join the session. You must have a good internet connection. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the session start time, the session will be considered attended and fully charged. Refunds are not permitted, but you will have the option to reschedule a class of equal value for another time, subject to the availability of the Spanish Professional Tutor. Students who are unable to attend due to illness, injury, personal or professional commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without providing 12 hours' notice are not eligible for credits or transfers. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE TUTOR: Fluency Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session as necessary. In such cases, the student will be given the opportunity to reschedule.
