Cancellation Policy

NOTE: The consultation call will be run via Zoom. A link will be sent to your email account to join the session. You must have a good internet connection. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the session start time, you won’t be able to reschedule and will have to go through the booking process again or contact us at info@fluencylab.co to find another available time. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY FLUENCY LAB Fluency Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any consultation call as necessary. In such cases, the person who requested the consultation will be given the opportunity to reschedule.
